Digital Photography Workshop – May 3
Friday Evening / May 3 / 6-8 pm
Norwich, Vermont / $25
Give me two hours and I’ll give you your digital camera revealed. You’ll finally understand the dials, buttons and menus on your point-and-shoot or SLR camera. No longer will you turn to AUTO and hope for the best. You and your camera will collaborate for better photos of nature, family, pets, sports, artwork and landscapes.
This session – one of only a few I’ll offer in 2013 – will be at the Vermont Center for Ecostudies at 20 Palmer Court in Norwich.* There is no need to register; just show up with your camera ready to push its buttons. Charge your battery before class. You’ll get refreshments, handouts and abundant digital wisdom.
Here’s my photo bio: Bryan Pfeiffer’s photography, on display here and at Wings Photography, has appeared in magazines and newspapers, in calendars, and even around the world on CNN. Bryan’s workshops blend simplicity, humor and exuberance for effective learning. Hundreds of mystified camera owners have become proficient photographers after these workshops – here in Vermont and as far as Grand Canyon National Park. By the way, you can’t always get that Grand Canyon shot (below) in AUTO mode.
* VCE’s office is actually in White River Junction, but the location walks and squawks a lot like Norwich. Palmer Court is off Route 5 about a mile south of Exit 13 (the Hanover exit) off Interstate 91.
