of Fromagerie Cornes et Sabots

Whiskey lives on a goat dairy farm in southern Quebec, where Jean-François Larche and Nicola Cunha make raw goat milk cheeses.

Whiskey is our first English Shepherd. He is also our first puppy. Our other two dogs are rescues. We live on a goat dairy farm in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, close to the Vermont Border. We have about 40 dairy goats on our 17 acre farm along with chickens, pigs, ducks, donkeys, cats and two other dogs. The plan is for him to grow-up to become our helper on the farm. So far he’s the perfect mix of affection, curiosity, intelligence and independence.
